Please note that at this time, refunds are not possible. Only replacements with items of the same or higher value are accepted. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Smartio.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Smartio, accessible from SmartioLeb.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Cancelling before your order has shipped

You are entitled to cancel Your Order before it was shipped, without incurring any extra fees.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

Cancelling after your order has shipped

In the case where you cancel after your order has been sent for delivery, the delivery fee is incurred on you, because we are charged for the delivery fee of your order once we send it, and it is not re-imbursable.

The delivery fee has to be sent to us using Whish Money. The transfer details will be messaged to you in this case.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging and never opened.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. A delivery fee and a return fee (same value as delivery fee) are required.

 

Warranty Overview

Smartio warrants to the original owner of the product that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date you purchased your product from Smartio. Smartio will replace any defective product or component.

Any replacement product received by you will be covered by the Warranty for the longer of (a) three months from the date of replacement or (b) the remaining applicable Warranty Period on the replaced product.

The following products are NOT covered by the Warranty:

  • Sonoff products.
  • Products submitted beyond the original 6-months warranty period.
  • Products submitted without valid proof of purchase.
  • Products that are physically located outside Lebanon.
  • Products that are lost or stolen.
  • Products received without charge in a Smartio giveaway or donation, as a promotional free item, or as samples
  • Products subjected to falls, extreme temperatures, water, or other operating conditions contrary to the product documentation.
  • Products affected by acts of nature, including lightning, floods, fires, or power surges.

1. Can I get my money back if I don’t want the product?

❌ No, sorry. At Smartio, we don’t do refunds.
✅ But we can replace your item with another one that has the same price or higher, only if it was never opened.

If you opened it, it cannot be replaced.


2. What if I opened the item and I don’t want it anymore?

🛑 If you opened the box, used the item, or removed the packaging, we cannot accept a return or replacement — even if it didn’t fit your needs.
(We only accept returns for items that are new, never opened, and in their original box.)

So please check carefully before opening!


3. Can I cancel my order?

🟰 Before shipping:
Yes! If we did not ship it yet, you can cancel for free. Just send us a WhatsApp message on 71791103.

🚚 After shipping:
If we already sent it with the delivery driver, you can still cancel, but you must pay the delivery fee.
(We already pay the delivery company when we ship, and they don’t refund us.)


4. If I want to return something, what are the conditions?

✅ You can return the item if:

  • You bought it less than 14 days ago.

  • The item is in the original box and never opened.

⚠️ If you opened it or used it, we cannot take it back.


5. Who pays for the return delivery?

📦 You must pay:

  • The delivery fee to receive the item.

  • The return fee to send it back (same amount as the delivery).

(Example: If delivery cost $3, returning also costs $3.)


6. How long is the warranty for products?

🛡️ Most products have a 6 months warranty from the day you buy them.

If the product has a problem (not your mistake), we will replace it for you!


7. What is not covered by the warranty?

🚫 Warranty is NOT valid if:

  • You broke the item (fell, water damage, wrong use, etc.).

  • You bought Sonoff products (they have no warranty).

  • You are outside Lebanon.

  • You lost the item.

  • You got it for free (giveaway, sample, promotion).

  • Your warranty finished (more than 6 months passed).
