How do I check the status of my order?

If you have a Smartio account, you can check your order status on your account. Visit this link to login to your account and check the order status: My Account

This page will show you all the orders linked to your account. You can see the ordered items, and track the delivery.

*If you don’t see anything under My Orders, contact us so we can track down your order!

StatusWhat it means
ProcessingOrder is being submitted.
Partially ShippedOrder has shipped.
CancelledOrder is canceled and will not ship.
DeliveredOrder has been delivered.

Or, check your email:

After submitting your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an SMS with your tracking information. 

With your tracking link, you can track your order directly with the shipping company.
