Express Delivery Information
Express Delivery orders are delivered within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and official holidays. Supported zones are Greater Beirut and Tripoli.
You can receive the order in the same day, if :
- The address is in Greater Beirut (list is below).
- The order is placed during a working day.
- The order is placed before 3:50 PM on weekdays or 11:50 AM on Saturday.
Notes:
- If the order is placed after the aforementioned times, then it will be delivered on the next working day.
- If you place an order outside the supported zone and choose Same Working Day delivery, you will be contacted and notified that the delivery is not possible in the same working day, and the extra fee will be deducted from your order.
- The delivery driver will contact you before coming.

Same-day delivery is available in areas including Achrafieh, Adlieh, Ain el Remmaneh, Airport Road, Antelias, Baabda, Bourj Hammoud, Chiyah, Clemenceau, Corniche el Mazraa, Hamra, Hazmieh, Jnah, Mar Elias, and many others. Orders placed after 3:50 PM on weekdays or 11:50 AM on Saturday will be delivered on the next working day. If an order is placed outside the supported zones for same-day delivery, you will be contacted and notified that same-day delivery isn’t possible, and any extra fee paid for this service will be deducted from your order. Yes, the delivery driver will contact you before arriving. No, Express Delivery is not available on Sundays and official holidays. In Tripoli, Express Delivery covers areas like Abou Samra, Al Mahatra, Baddawi, Mina, Tabbaneh, and several others.
