Do you deliver across Lebanon?
Yes - Lebanon-wide. Delivery is free on orders above $50, and standard delivery takes 2–4 working days. Greater Beirut and Tripoli are usually faster.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery or Whish. Open the box, check your order, then pay. No card and no online payment needed.
Are the products original?
Always. We're the official Govee distributor in Lebanon and use authorized channels for Sonoff, Shelly, Broadlink and the other brands we carry - never grey-market.
Is there a warranty?
Yes - a 6-month local warranty, handled right here in Lebanon. If something fails, you deal with us, not an overseas form.
Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
Yes - choose self-pickup at checkout. Once your order is packed and ready, we'll message you the pickup address and details on WhatsApp.
Can you help me set things up?
