No – this is basic RGB. The whole strip shows one color at a time. For multi-color flowing effects along the same strip, get the RGBIC version instead. This RGB version is cheaper and great for ambient lighting where one color is enough.

No physical remote in the box – but there’s a small physical controller attached to the strip for basic on/off and brightness. For full color and effect control, use the Govee Home app on your phone.

Can I separate the two 5-meter rolls (in the 10m version)?

No – the 10-meter version is two 5m rolls branching out from one adapter. Both rolls show the same color (they’re controlled together). You can’t run them as separate lights.
