Self-Pickup Information

  • Due to the high load, self-pickup orders need up to 1 hour to be ready. Please let us know if you need to pick up your order sooner, to expedite the processing.
  • You will receive an email with the exact location after you place your order.
  • Your order will remain available for pickup for a duration of three business days. Following this period, the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • An SMS notification will be sent to you once your order is ready for pickup.
  • The warehouse working hours are:
    • 8 AM – 5PM during weekdays.
    • 8 AM – 1 PM on Saturday.
    • Closed on Sunday and official holidays.
