Pickup & Delivery options

When shopping with Smartio, you can choose to pick up your order from our warehouse or have it delivered to your door.

Self-Pickup (FREE for orders above $30)

• Select “Pickup from Dekwaneh” during checkout.

• The exact address will be shared after your order is placed.

• Orders are usually ready within 1 hour. If you need it sooner, let us know and we’ll do our best to expedite.

• You’ll get an SMS notification once your order is ready.

• Orders remain available for 3 business days. After that, they are automatically canceled.

• Warehouse working hours:

  • Weekdays: 10 AM – 5 PM

  • Saturday: 10 AM – 1 PM

  • Closed on Sundays and official holidays

Standard Delivery (FREE for orders above $50)

• Orders are delivered via Wakilni Delivery Services.

• Usual delivery time: 2–4 working days.

• You will receive an SMS with your tracking number once the order is dispatched.

• The delivery driver will contact you before arrival.

• During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s, Adha, etc.), deliveries may take a little longer.

Express Delivery

• Delivery time depends on your town — many get same-day or next-day, others about two working days, when ordered before the Express cutoff shown at checkout. Excluding Sundays and official holidays.

• During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine’s, Adha, etc.), express orders may take up to 48 hours.
