Cash on Delivery — How It Works

Smartio offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option — you pay the delivery driver when your order arrives at your door. No online payment or credit card is required.

How to Place a COD Order

1. Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Enter your delivery address and contact number.
3. On the payment step, select Cash on Delivery.
4. Complete your order — no payment is made online.

Paying the Driver

When the Wakilni delivery driver arrives, pay the exact order total in USD. The total amount will be shown on your order confirmation email or SMS.

It is helpful to have the exact amount ready, as drivers may not always carry change.

Important Notes

• COD is available for all delivery zones across Lebanon.
• The delivery fee (if applicable) is paid together with the product total — one payment to the driver.
• If you are not home when the driver arrives, the driver will attempt to contact you. A missed delivery may result in a re-delivery fee.
