Pickup and Delivery Information

When shopping with Smartio, you have the option to pick up your order from our warehouse, or have it delivered.

Self-Pickup

During the checkout process, you have the option to select the Wakilni Yellow Store in Sin El Fil as your pickup location. The precise address will be shown to you after you place the order.

• Due to the high load, self-pickup orders need 1 hour to be ready. Please let us know if you need to pick up your order sooner, to expedite the processing.
• An SMS notification will be sent to you once your order is ready for pickup.
• Your order will remain available for pickup for a duration of three business days. Following this period, the system will automatically cancel the order.
• The warehouse working hours are:
  • 8 AM – 5PM during weekdays.
  • 8 AM – 1 PM on Saturday.
  • Closed on Sunday and official holidays.

Delivery (FREE for orders exceeding $30)

We aim to deliver your orders in the most effective way.

Delivery is done with Wakilni Delivery Services, and your order usually takes 1-3 working days to reach you in case of free delivery. The delivery driver will contact you before coming. You will receive an SMS with your tracking number once the order is sent to you. During the high season (around Christmas, Valentine, Adha, etc), your order might take more time to reach you. The delivery driver will contact you before coming.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery orders are delivered within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and official holidays. Supported zones are Greater Beirut and Tripoli. More info can be found here.
