How to submit a return to Smartio?

To initiate a return with Smartio, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your order is eligible for return. Eligibility is defined on the Return Policy page.
  2. WhatsApp Us the Required Details: Send us a WhatsApp message with the necessary information to start your return process.
  3. Include the Following Details:
    • Order Number: Find this on your order confirmation/receipt, which was sent to your email.
    • Email Address: Use the email associated with your Smartio order.
  4. Return Item and Quantity: Provide information about the item(s) and quantity that should be returned from the original order.
  5. Proof of Unopened Product(s): Include proof that the product(s) has not been opened or used. This may include clear photos and videos showing the product’s packaging.
  6. Reason for Return: Let us know the reason for your return.

Please be aware of the following important details:

  • We do not offer refunds.
  • After we validate that the order is eligible for return, you can place a new order for the item of equal or higher value.
