How to file a warranty claim with Smartio?

Here’s how to file a warranty claim for your Smartio order. All warranty claims are subject to the official Warranty Policy.

You will need to provide us with the following information so that we can process your warranty claim:

  1. Initiating Diagnosis:
    • In the event of an issue with the device purchased from Smartio, the customer is responsible for initiating the diagnosis process.
    • The customer must contact Smartio via WhatsApp at 71791103 to begin the diagnosis of the issue.
  2. Troubleshooting Steps:
    • Upon receiving the initial contact, Smartio’s expert team will provide the customer with specific troubleshooting steps to be performed.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to perform these troubleshooting steps as directed by Smartio.
  3. Further Assistance:
    • After attempting the provided troubleshooting steps, the customer must contact Smartio again to report the outcome.
    • Smartio will then advise on additional steps to be taken or proceed with further diagnosis as necessary.
    • In certain cases, Smartio may request that the defective product be returned to us for inspection. Please note that the shipping costs associated with sending the product to us for inspection will be your responsibility.
  4. Warranty Coverage:
    • If the product is still under warranty and the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, Smartio will provide a replacement for the defective part or the entire product, depending on the nature of the issue and warranty terms.
  5. Customer Responsibility:
    • The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the issue and following the instructions provided by Smartio’s expert team during the diagnosis and troubleshooting process.
    • Any damage resulting from failure to follow provided instructions may void warranty coverage.
  6. Limitation of Liability:
    • Smartio shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred due to the customer’s failure to initiate diagnosis promptly or follow the provided troubleshooting steps accurately.

By contacting Smartio for device issue diagnosis, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
