Most of our orders are cash on delivery. To prepare and deliver your order, we collect your name, phone number, and delivery address. We use your phone number to confirm your order on WhatsApp before we ship, and we share your name, address, and phone number with the delivery company that brings your order to your door — only to complete your delivery.

If you contact us, we may also keep your email address and the messages you send, so we can help you and follow up.

Sometimes customers send us photos — for example to show how a product was set up, to ask a question, or to report an issue. We use these photos only for the purpose you sent them, such as assisting you or improving our service.

We will never publish or share a photo you sent us without first asking for your permission. If we would like to feature your photo, for example on our website or social media, we will reach out and ask you, and we will only post it if you say yes.
