Our story
Smartio began in 2020, when a husband-and-wife team turned their passion for smart homes into a project of their own. They started with their own house — smart roller shutters, a water heater they could turn on from their phone, and a Christmas tree that lit up with a simple “Hey Google.”
Their friends were impressed, and the couple soon saw how many people across Lebanon shared the same curiosity for smart living. What started as a small home project grew into Smartio.
Five years and 4,000+ Lebanese homes later, we still answer every WhatsApp ourselves. We still help every customer pick the right product. And we still won't sell something that's wrong for your setup — even if it costs us the sale.
