Can I connect two COB strips together?

Yes — COB strips link end-to-end. Add another to your order if you need more than 3 meters and we’ll connect them so they behave as one light.

Can I bend it 90° around a corner?

Yes — but with care. COB strips are not as thin as regular LED strips, so they don’t fit into very tight inside corners. A wide 90° turn works fine; a sharp inside corner may cause the strip to fail at that bend point. If the corner is critical, consider running two separate strips and joining them with a connector instead of bending one strip.

The strip suddenly stopped working — what now?

Check the installation, especially if you bent it sharply at a 90° corner. Damage at a bend point is the #1 cause of COB strip failure. If the installation looks fine, message us — we’ll cover replacement under the warranty period.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — 6 months. If you have an issue, send us a short video of the strip and how it’s installed. We replace defective units at no cost.

Can I see the size and adapter before I order more?

Yes — send someone to our Dekwaneh warehouse to pick up the box and check measurements. Or we can send specs via WhatsApp.

Can I cancel additional strips I ordered by mistake?

Yes — message us before shipping and we’ll cancel without question.

How do I hide the adapter?

Run the strip behind furniture, into a corner, or up to a hidden outlet — the cable from the strip to the adapter is usually long enough. Message us with a photo of where you want to install and we can recommend the best routing.
