Yes - wall switch always works to physically cut/restore power. For "smart bulb safe" use (where family flips the wall switch off and the bulb still stays online), pair them with a Sonoff smart switch in Detach Relay Mode.
Can I return unopened bulbs if I bought the wrong fitting?

Yes - unopened bulbs can be returned or exchanged. We've had customers swap GU10 for E14 because of a fitting mistake; bring them back sealed and we'll handle it.
Do they need a hub or bridge?

No - they connect directly to your Wi-Fi. No hub, no bridge. Twist in, pair via Govee Home, done.
How bright are they vs regular GU10s?
