The app detects the device. Follow the Wi-Fi prompt. Pick your home network.

Add smart devices + routines
Alexa app → Devices → +. Enable Skills for each brand you use (eWeLink, Govee Home, CloudEdge). Create Routines like 'Good Morning' to turn on lights + read news + start music.
