Install the clips
Screw mounting clips along the path (every 30 cm on straights, every 10 cm on curves). For garden installs, use the ground sticks.

Snap the rope in
Press the rope into each clip following your design. Run the controller cable to a nearby outdoor outlet.

Plug in + pair
Plug the adapter into 220V. Open Govee Home → add device → follow the Bluetooth + Wi-Fi pairing flow. Pick a scene or design custom colors.

10m is the longest single Govee outdoor neon rope. For more length, run a second 10m unit alongside - each needs its own power adapter and controller.
Can I connect two 5m ropes to make a 10m run? ›
No - each rope is a self-contained unit with its own controller and adapter. They can't be daisy-chained physically. Group them together in Govee Home so they look like one synchronized light.
Will it work with Lebanon's 220V mains? ›
Yes - comes with an IP65 220V power adapter. Just plug into a standard wall socket (preferably outdoor-rated or with a weatherproof cover).
How difficult is installation? ›
Straightforward - included 30 clips (for walls) and 8 ground sticks (for garden / earth-mounted). No electrician needed. Plan the path, screw in clips, snap the rope in, plug into 220V.
What happens during EDL outages? ›
Light goes off (no battery backup). When power returns, the rope restores to its last setting via the Govee app's Power-on State. No reconfiguration needed.
Can I bend it around 90-degree corners? ›
Yes - flexible silicone bends down to a fairly tight radius. For sharp 90° turns, use 2 clips close together to hold the bend. Don't force tighter bends or the silicone will stress.
Will it survive a Lebanese winter outdoors? ›
Yes - IP67 means dust-tight and protected against immersion. Rain, snow, dust, and Lebanese temperature swings are all handled. Avoid leaving the control box submerged in standing water.
