How big is it? Will it look right over my table?

The fixture diameter is about 30 cm. For a 4-person dining table, hang one centered above. For a longer table or kitchen island, hang 2–3 in a row with about 60–80 cm spacing – they sync via DreamView in the app.

How bright is it compared to a regular ceiling light?

1,300 lumens – equivalent to about a 100W incandescent bulb. For comparison, the Govee 15-inch ceiling light is 4,300 lumens. So this pendant is decorative + task lighting, not your only ceiling fixture in a big room. Pair it with other lights for full-room brightness.

Can I pre-order if it’s out of stock?

Is the height adjustable after install?

The light resets to its original color when I turn it off and back on. Is that normal?

Not normal – should keep its last setting. If yours is doing this, message us on WhatsApp with a short video and we’ll diagnose. Often a firmware setting fixes it.

What if the unit arrives damaged?

Return the defective item to our Dekwaneh warehouse and we’ll exchange it. Keep the original box and packaging.
