Product Details

Rooftop tanks in Lebanon are often far from the router: a basement, a roof, a shed, somewhere WiFi barely reaches. This two-piece monitor solves that. The ultrasonic sensor sits on the tank and talks to a separate wall-mounted indicator over its own 433MHz radio link, up to 250m with no obstacles, so only the indicator, placed wherever your WiFi signal is good, needs to join your network.

The indicator shows the live level and percentage on its own screen and sounds an alarm when the tank runs low or nears overflow, while still connecting to the Tuya or Smart Life app for remote monitoring and notifications from anywhere.

Because each sensor pairs on its own channel, one account can watch several tanks at once: a rooftop tank and a ground tank, or separate water and diesel tanks. Add an optional smart plug and the same app can shut a pump off automatically when a tank hits full, or switch it on when it runs low.

Installation uses the same 2 1/4 inch threaded fitting as EPT”’s other tank sensors (a 58mm hole), the non-contact ultrasonic sensor works with water, diesel, oil, or any flat liquid surface, and it”’s IP67-rated for rooftop exposure.

Setup takes a few minutes in the Tuya or Smart Life app: power on the indicator first, then the sensor, add the device, and you”’re monitoring. WiFi must be 2.4GHz, 5GHz isn”’t supported.
