Do I need a camera for this to work? ›
No. The sync box reads the HDMI signal directly, so the colors follow the picture and nothing is mounted in front of your screen.
Can I keep several devices connected? ›
Yes. There are four HDMI inputs and one output. You switch sources with the button on the box or in the app. Automatic switching does not work when more than one source is sending a signal at the same time.
Will it work with a strip light from another brand? ›
No. It only syncs with Govee lights.
Does it work on 5GHz Wi-Fi? ›
No. It needs a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
Do I need a hub? ›
No. It connects to your Wi-Fi and the Govee Home app directly.
