Product Details

The Shelly 1 Mini Gen4 turns an ordinary light or appliance into something you control from your phone, without changing the switch on your wall. It is small enough to sit inside the existing back box behind your current switch, so the room looks exactly the same.

This fourth-generation model speaks Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee and Matter, so it fits whatever smart-home setup you already run. It works on its own over Wi-Fi with no hub, and it can also join a Zigbee or Matter network when you want fully local control. The relay handles up to 8A and supports a dry, potential-free contact, which lets it switch gates, water heaters and other low-voltage equipment safely.

Use it to bring an old wall switch online, run your boiler on a schedule, or open a gate from your phone. Because the physical switch keeps working, anyone at home can still flip the light by hand while you control it from the app or by voice.

The Shelly 1 Mini Gen4 works with the Shelly app on iOS and Android, and through Matter it pairs with Apple Home, Google Home and Amazon Alexa. It is also a favourite with Home Assistant users who want everything running locally.
