Can Reolink Solar Panel work in low-temperature conditions?

The low temperature will significantly slow down the chemical reaction in the battery of the camera, which may result in the battery being exhausted much quicker than if it was warm.

For the safety of the camera and the solar panel, please charge the batteries in temperature between 0°C and 45°C and do not turn on the camera if the temperature drops below -10°C.
