Route the cables
Pass power + load cables through the rubber grommets. Tighten the grommets to seal around the wires.

Wire your Sonoff switch
Place the Sonoff switch inside and wire it up per its manual (Live, Neutral, output). Cut the breaker first.

Close and lock the lid
Snap the lid shut — confirm the seal is even all around. Done. Open it any time to access the button or LEDs.

Yes — PC V0 plastic is rated for high temperatures and UV exposure. Lebanese rooftop sun is well within range. For very hot installs (near a chimney), ventilate the back side.
Do I need an electrician to install it? ›
No — mount with screws, route the cables through the grommets, place your Sonoff switch inside, close the lid. Basic skills are enough. Make sure the switch wiring itself was done by a qualified person.
Will it work with a generator or during EDL cuts? ›
The box is just a passive enclosure — it doesn't need power. Whatever Sonoff switch you put inside will keep working as usual through generator or EDL transitions.
