Set Inching mode + scene
For gates/garages: device settings → Inching → 0.5–1 second. For boilers: stay in Toggle mode. Build automations in eWeLink to trigger the switch by sensor, schedule, or voice.

Does it work with 12V DC? ›
Yes — the MINI Dry accepts both 12V DC and 220V AC (but only one at a time, not both simultaneously). Pick whichever is available near your installation point.
What does "dry contact" actually mean? ›
The switch closes a circuit but doesn't pass its own power through. Gate motors and boilers usually have their own power supply and just need a signal saying "go now". A regular relay (like the MINIR4) would feed power into the gate, which damages it.
Will it work with my garage door opener? ›
Yes — wire the MINI Dry across the push-button terminals of your opener (usually labeled OPEN or PB). Enable Inching mode at 0.5–1 second to simulate a button press.
How does the offline notification work? ›
If the switch loses Wi-Fi for 5 minutes, eWeLink sends you a push notification. Useful for detecting power cuts or router crashes at remote installations like the gate.
Can I link it to a humidity sensor to auto-trigger something? ›
Not directly — the humidity sensor publishes a value, the switch reads a trigger. Create the automation in eWeLink: "If humidity > X, switch ON the MINI Dry". The switch then triggers your dehumidifier or fan.
How do I wire it for my boiler safely? ›
Refer to the included installation manual for the dry-contact wiring diagram. Boiler wiring varies by model — strongly recommended to have a qualified technician check the install for compliance with your boiler manufacturer's instructions.
Can I share access with my family? ›
Yes — each family member creates an eWeLink account and you share the device. Anyone can open the gate or trigger the garage without needing your login.
What if my gate motor uses 24V AC, not DC? ›
The MINI Dry's input only takes AC at 100–240V OR DC at 5–24V. For 24V AC gate motors, power the MINI Dry from your home's 220V AC line and use the dry-contact output to trigger the motor's existing 24V AC circuit.
